The Conflict Resolution & Management Skills sessions contain both training and coaching elements. Its focus is to not only provide you with a sound understanding of the fundamentals of workplace conflict and its root causes, but to also provide you with the skills to help better manage conflict. Importantly, the course also focuses on prevention of workplace conflict through understanding the mechanisms of what often causes conflict in the first place, and often what can lead to misunderstanding between employees leading to conflict.
